Class Descriptions:

TRAIN: A 60min functional fitness class with skill sessions

FLOW: A 60min realign, lengthen and flexibility class

RECOVERY: A 60min class combining low intensity aerobic work, mobility & stability accessories

ENDURANCE: A 60min low skill conditioning based class to work cardiovascular endurance and capacity

KIDS: A 30min children’s session for ages 5-10yrs

TEENS: A 45min session for teens aged 11-16yrs
